In this lecture I will introduce to the basics of cardiac pacing. You will develop an understanding of how electrodes placed in different chambers can sense electrical activity and pace the heart when necessary. You will learn how to recognize normal pacing on an EKG and also how to identify signs of pacemaker malfunction.
